The leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) UK and Northern Ireland paid a courtesy visit to ADC presidential Aspirant and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen party mobilisation and engagement within the diaspora.
The delegation was led by Hon. Segun Akinyemi (SKY), Chairman of ADC UK and Northern Ireland, and was accompanied by Prince Collins Enwere, Secretary, and Hon. Bolanle Sarumi Alliyu, ADC Governorship Aspirant in Oyo State and former Special Adviser to the Oyo State Governor on Diaspora Affairs.
The visit focused on strategic discussions aimed at deepening ADC’s organisational growth, unity, and political mobilisation among Nigerians in the diaspora.
Although unable to attend physically, other key members of the ADC UK leadership sent their goodwill messages in support of the visit and its objectives. They include Prof. Gold Emmanuel, Chairperson, Board of Trustees Board of Trustees (BOT); Lady Nikky Ibraheem, Women Leader; Shade Adegoke, Deputy Publicity Secretary; and Hon. Lukman Odumosu, Treasurer.
The ADC UK and Northern Ireland leadership reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening diaspora participation in national political development and advancing the party’s vision for a better Nigeria.
